I applied for Amazon Japan seller account, I've been waiting for 25 days , I applied as godo Gaisha , they told me my address is not clear on my bank book. I added credit card statement but I'm still waiting til now. There are no customer service or chat , I opened 3 cases and no answer. Please help

I’m guessing there’s probably a huge support backlog at Amazon JP right now? I submitted my verification request 45 days ago and there’s still no response.
I opened cases in Japanese and English, and they replied back to one of my cases in English telling me to wait. (I think their English support is less backlogged even though it’s Japanese support people who reply back to them.)
It’s getting quite concerning because I have inventory in FBA right now, and if it passes the 60 day mark, Amazon will force it to be removed…
There is a general chat function–totally unhelpful–and somewhere, intentionally buried hidden way is a customer supprort phone number. I doubt, however, they would know a fucking thing about your issues; just human drones.
