So I'll be traveling to Japan for 3 months from February until April.
And I was wondering which of these three months it's the best to visit Okinawa.
And In which airport should I land Naha or an airport from the surrounding islands?
I also heard from a friend that you need a car to see the most beautiful parts of okinawa.
But it's there a way to travel in ferry to the other islands?
What would it be a recommended itinerary for okinawa, I'm not really sure where to go.

Depends on what you want to do. For example if you wanna see Okinawa sakura, early to mid feb is a good time to visit. You can also catch some glimpses of the whales migrating. But it might be a bit chilly. Regarding airport, again between the Okinawan islands you would still have to take flights. I would say Naha would work out best since it has access to most islands and mainland.
