Hey! So the last time I did this application a few years back it was just the summary but now it seems to be broken into two? Last time I applied I had used sentence bullet points which I am guessing would fall under summary? But what would I even put into snapshot? Or is what I have more of a snapshot? What have you all been doing for those two fields?
Example from summary: Consults with customers to analyze technology needs and problems; follows an agency-standard process, sets up requirement gathering sessions, communications with large project teams to coordinate and ensure product delivery. (this is one bullet of multiple, not the whole summary. Also a WIP)
