kebab ingredients in Tokyo

Hello.

Do you know where I can buy some ingredients for a proper kebab? Specifically: kebab meat, kebab sauce, and some big pitta. Pickled jalapenos, which are not sliced, would also be nice to find. Other ingredients aren't a big problem.

I tried some outdoor kebab restaurants, but for me they were too small|not tasty enough, so I want to buy ingredients to make it myself x)

Specifically, I want to make something similar to kebabrulle, which Syrians sell in Sweden. Maybe it's easiest to answer for those who lived in Sweden x)

*I checked the "Shinjuku halal store" online, but found only pitta there.
