My brother and I are stumped, we have been planning to move to Japan and operate our business built around JDM cars and culture, importing/exporting and brand etc.. we’re pretty much all set to move early next spring 2026 or sooner. But recently with the new BMV requirements its absolutely f*cked us. I understand Japan has had people misuse the BMV before but we’re genuine business owners.
We’re both very eager to continue working on our business in japan and would prefer not to waste time on anything else unless it’s for the sake of the company. We understand learning Japanese is a no brainer when moving to Japan.
I’m asking if there are anyone with experience or working in the immigration field or anything like that, that can help point us in the right direction.
