Fatty Tuna Salmon Don made in hotel room (Japan super market sashimi)

Maybe doesn’t look very appetizing but it was very fatty and tasted amazing!
Also tried grilling just a piece of tuna, it was instantly full of oil and had a nice fried taste, but imo sashimi retain the freshness of the fish the most
