I have a delivery I bought from Amazon US that apparently doesnt have my full address for some reason. Amazon tried to deliver it multiple times but each time there was "an issue with delivery"
Now it says my delivery is on hold and to contact the carrier…but Amazon is the carrier and they dont provide their contact information anywhere. I've tried talking to both Amazon JP and Amazon US customer service and both couldn't provide me with a number.
Tracking says it's the Amazon carrier in Shinjuku, anyone know how to contact them?
