sorry if this is an obvious question I lowkey literally just got here so im nervous as hell about everything but a few days ago i signed up for NHI at the city ward, only got my address printed on my residence card which i imagine is standard. i was told since i dont have a jp bank account id be billed thru mail and have to pay at konbini. when should i expect to receive the card plus billing?
