The formula of an AEW guy winning a title then dropping it at the dome is overdone.
I became a NJPW fan because of NJPW. Kenny was awesome and it's great he got to start a new company, but I for one am done with the AEW guys holding titles hostage.
Takeshita winning the G1 was about as far as they can push an outsider without losing my interest. I would love to see the belts used internally and for the champions to handy beat any and all outsiders for a while
But, what do I know?
