"Temaki Den" is one of several concepts in Denver from Toshi Kizaki, who has been doing it in the city since the mid-80's with the original restaurant, "Sushi Den."
I'd say it's fairly casual, and isn't so much a standalone restaurant as it is a space within a market hall, with bar seating as well as tables.
Particularly for being a fairly casual walk-in place, I thought it was excellent. Definitely an emphasis on hand rolls and torched sushi, though they have a pretty good selection of nigiri when you factor in their daily specials.
Your orders come out a couple pieces at a time rather than as a huge platter, which I think works well. Especially true of hand rolls; I love when you get them right after they were made and the nori still has a light crisp snap to it
