I've seen NISA being offered in my Paypay account but I don't know how it works since my Japanese is still sht and auto-translate is confusing.
I was wondering if there's any good stocks or investments I can do while working in Japan and can get me good results even in just a year or so? In short, does anyone of you know some good passive income?

Put into s&p500 etf and hold for 20 years
/r/japanfinance is what you need. Read the wiki, search for Nisa and read the results.
