Hi everyone,
I just bought an item on Yahoo Shopping in Japan and completed payment at a convenience store (¥99,000+). Right after the payment went through, my Yahoo Japan account was suspended (error F001).
The order is already confirmed by the store (large retailer, direct shipment), but I can’t access my Yahoo account anymore.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
• Did the item still ship?
• Or was it canceled and refunded?
• Did you contact Yahoo or the store directly?
Would really appreciate hearing what others did and how it turned out. Thanks!
