Hey. I'm foreigner who currently resident in Japan under student visa.
I'm planning to go to Kansai next week and have question regarding Kansai mini pass. I read it was only for temporary tourist. Does there way for me to use it as resident?
I checked in klook and they have opinion as QR, I curious if it's mean I can use it without go to counter and rendeem the ticket with officer?
