Looking to sell clothing locally

Hello, was wondering if theres anyway to sell clothes at a decent price (no bookoff or secondhand) locally? is there any subreddits or places where I could do that for kyoto area. I bought a new lolita type top but regret it and dunno where to sell it, I also dont want to deal with shipping items. thanks!
