Anyone wants 2 Tickets for Avatar 4DX on 12/30

Hi all, i just bought 2 tickets for Avatar fire and ashes (subtitled version) in Ultra 4DX.
But now i want to cancel them, but the tickets are non-refundable.
The seats are in one of the best location in the auditorium. I want to sell them to someone else if anyone is interested. The original price is 3600 yen for one ticket. Can go lower if possible.
