Hi, I'm visiting Tokyo over NY. I have been to Tokyo many times and love the city and culture. I was wondering what happens on NYE and the attitude towards it. Main locations to count down, etc. Some Japanese people have told me it's a time for family, and most people stay in with their family. I'm not overly big on NYE – but I think it could be interesting in Tokyo. I'm a 41yr old male from the UK. Will be in Tokyo for 3 days. Will be visiting some exhibitions, listening bars, staying in the Ueno area.Thanks!
