I was in Nara and bought this Goshuin which had some cut outs of the deer in Nara park. Initially I thought that the design used gold ink and did not know that they were actually cut outs. I was given a piece of gold paper which I think is supposed to make the design stand out but I am not sure as to how I can paste it into my goshuincho.
Can I paste the goshuin and the gold paper together inside the goshuincho?
Or should I only paste the goshuin by itself?
