  1. This will affect average people but not those in position of power, have money and connections that will help them circumvent.

  2. I have a plan:

    Bring in loads of foreigners but make sure they don’t stay longer than 6 months. Then bring another foreigner in and repeat.

    Then you will have a busy, thriving and healthy community, with no foreigners, happily ever after.

  3. Many government and corporate jobs do not need to be in the big cities. Move them to rural centers. Pay the same wage, and with the lower cost of living there, people might just start having more children too.
