Is this wild or farmed salmon?


It was labeled as wild but the inside looks so white, is this normal?

  1. Could be a fatty area, but hard to tell if it’s wild or farmed in current condition. Doesn’t look inappropriate to me though

    Unless it’s from a Pacific coast purveyor and explicitly identifies the species I’d guess farmed.

    And unless you know that purveyor really well, I’d be doubtful
