I heard that you can have discount in commuter pass (10% I believe) and since I'm mostly home to work and vice versa for almost everyday, I'm wondering if it's alright to change my current standard IC card (it's Toica) to a commuter pass? Can I transfer my remaining balance there or it's going to be a separate card?
