I just moved into my apartment last month and just got back to Japan after being home in the U.S for Christmas break. Somebody came by and I paid for my gas bill with cash, it’s been 3 days and my water heating and gas is not working/turned on and I have not gotten any notifications regarding this. Is there something I have to turn on? Will someone be coming soon to set it up? Do I have to contact someone?
