It seems that the immigration services recently changed the website for submitting online notifications related to a change of workplace and I’m currently trying to use the new system. But struggling.
I registered on the portal, completed the first-time user registration application. However, even if I have access to more procedures now, I can’t find the one that allows me to submit the notification for a change of workplace (affiliated/contracting organization).
I tried calling Immigration, and the person I spoke with told me that the website is new and they don't have an access on their end. I also sent them an email to the immigration support and to the new website support address but I haven’t received any response so far.
I’m still within the 14-day deadline to report the change but I’d rather not let this down, especially since I don’t want this to potentially cause issues later.
Has anyone here managed to submit this notification successfully using the new online system? Thanks!
