I will not be renewing my contract in April.
I plan to notify them (before the given deadline in my contract) and I'm already in interviews (most likely will have an immediate change from the old company to the new) but I would like to know how to transition.
Do I need to notify the Immigration Bureau within 14 days of my notification to the company or within 14 days of the end of my contract?
Are there any certificates that I should gather before transitioning?
I will not be moving. I am on a work visa.

Notify them by 14 days after the contract ends. Assuming your current employment ends at Mar 31, you should notify immigration between Apr 1-14. Your actual last day of working / resign notification date doesn’t matter.
