Hi everyone, not sure if this is allowed. My husband and I own a house in Yamashina (Kyoto) and are looking for a housing manager to manage it monthly while we are back in the States. This is mainly to make sure it doesn’t get moldy/ bugs during warmer months as we’ve noticed dust mold is pretty prevalent in the house. Does anyone know if there are any local Kyoto agencies that could do this sort of thing/ speak English for easy communication? We are thinking of renting it out but that would require completely emptying it of everything (furniture, etc, according to another agency we talked to), but obviously we don’t want to do that. Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
