Canadian resident of 24 years. What started as a post-COVID hobby has turned into a 3.5 year run of doing monthly restaurant pop-ups in Kyoto. It’s a fun challenge to think of a menu each time, not to mention all the wonderful people I’ve met. Also do DJ events!
