How likely is it that I could get my rent deposit back?

I am thinking of moving into a cheaper apartment. This is my first time renting an apartment under my name so, I am a not really unfamiliar.

I have been in my current place for 2yrs. I paid 1 month deposit before I moved in.

They said, they will deduct any damage fees from there once I moved out.

There are minimal scratches / dents on the flooring.

Can I still get back even the portion of that deposit?

Is there any additional fees when moving out?
