I just got a job at a big hotel in Japan as an SSW kitchen worker. I don’t have professional cooking experience, but I can do basic preparation like cutting vegetables, washing ingredients, and simple prep work and i Have N3 Level Japanese skill..
I’m a bit nervous about my first day.
What kind of tasks do they usually give beginners?
Will they ask me to cook food right away, or mostly preparation and cleaning?
Any advice or real experiences would really help.
