Mercari Lawson pickup

Hi there everyone, I need your help. So my friend sets my mercari to Lawson pickup but until the day the item arrived in Lawson, mercari didn't give me any code or barcode. After that I tried asking the customer service for help and and ask them for the code or barcode, now they haven't respond to me for days.

My questions are

1. Is my item going to be alright?

2. What should I do?

3. Or should I wait for the mercari customer service to respond?
