I’d like to ask if my planned day tours are realistic, or if they might be too exhausting, especially with the Nagano and Mt. Fuji trips. I want to make sure the pacing is manageable and that I won’t be completely wiped out after each day.

I’d also appreciate advice on what to wear, particularly for Nagano in winter. Do I need extra layers, and what would be the most practical clothing setup that I can use for the entire trip (Tokyo, Nagano, and Mt. Fuji) without overpacking?

Both the Nagano Snow Monkey and Mt. Fuji tours are booked through Klook, so I’m also wondering about the food situation during these tours. Will there be time or places to buy meals, or should I bring snacks or prepare food in advance?
