hey so i've recently had this issue of Paypay not allowing me to charge money, at first I thought it was due to my ゆうちょ Bank info not updated on my new residential card, hence I went to a post office in person to get my info updated, which was completed swiftly.
Now the ゆうちょ Bank app no longer asks me to update my info, but I was still unable to topup in Paypay for whatever reason. I then decided to just unlink my ゆうちょ Bank account to relink in hopes that maybe it'll update my info then, but when I did, I could no longer relink.
Whenever I try to verify + link my ゆうちょ Bank account, Paypay now gives me a「本人確認情報に登録された氏名では口座を追加できません」error message.
And with that, I tried re-verifying my personal info in the Paypay app SEVERAL times, with the same error message showing up every time as I adjust the spacing in my address, my name etc. I'm not confident that I've tried EVERYTHING ever, but I don't know what else I should even edit in my info.
After that, today I decided to try contacting customer support through mail, so I hope that I will be able to figure out what the flaw in my information was. I hope that you guys could lend me some ideas or some of your experiences with this app on how to deal with this issue nonetheless
