Hi everyone, I’m trying to renew my visa (Extension of Period of Stay) using the official online portal, but I’m stuck in a loop and the website feels broken.
The Issue:
Every time I log in and click on 「オンラインで申請手続き」 or try to find the application page, it just directs me to a screen that says "Search results: 0" with an empty table. There are no "Next" or "Apply" buttons anywhere on that page. I have a User ID from my company and a My Number Card, but I can't find the actual form or how to proceed.

What I’ve tried:
– Logging in and out.
– Checking "User Information" (it only shows my email/pass, no way to scan my card).
– Sending email and calling support (no answers)
My Questions:
1) How do I get past this "Search: 0" screen to actually scan my My Number Card and start the application?
Is this common mistake?
