Hello everyone, from Osaka. I am looking to get some apartment internet, saw that Rakuten has hikari and the turbo 5g one. When I asked about the Turbo 5G one since its faster to get ready and everything, the Rakuten employee told me that the router needed is like 50,000 yen which is crazy to me. I did see on mercari that many people are selling their used Rakuten routers for 3000 yen or so. If I use a used router, will the internet be throttle or does it not matter?
