hello! I spotted an akiya I was interested in, visited it yesterday and can’t decide. already made a purchase offer and I’m waiting for the seller to reply, but even if they agree to the discount I’m super doubtful still…
the house has a lot of what I think are green flags, such as it was not abandoned for long, people was living on it until just last month. kitchen and washroom/bathroom modern and renovated
the house was built around 1975, and ofc has some issues like the balcony had to be removed because of safety issues
the walls are not visibly damaged and the structure seems fine, but I’m super bothered about the floor of one specific room that’s significantly bent upwards/bulging. I attach picture

is this a serious issue or can be fixed easily?
the tatami floors and rest of rooms look nice, it’s just this specific room!
