I'm doing a short trip in Kyoto and am looking at riding the Haruka train (Hello Kitty theme) from Kyoto station straight through to Osaka Airport.
The only booking i can find is the special one way ticket for foreign visitors (must have tourist visa in passport) and nothing for residents. Is there a way to buy tickets for this ahead of time or is this one of those that i would need to reserve at a station kiosk a bit before boarding? Does anyone know how much a resident ticket costs?
