Rakuten locked my account while I have orders out for delivery, what can I do?

I opened a Rakuten account and ordered a fridge and a chair mat yetsterday, both scheduled for delivery today. I woke up this morning and my account had been locked. I filled out the security error form and they responded this evening saying they weren't going to unlock my account, and wouldn't specify a reason why, but did specify that I shouldn't contact any other sources because they'd just say the same as the email.

The two items haven't arried yet, not sure if they will at all.

Is there anything I can do other than wait? Anything possible in terms of refunds or anything?
