This has happened to me at least two times now. Once at a drink box which are everywhere here. And once just a few hours ago at a laundry. The latter especially is a major pain in the ass when it happens. Both times i re-tried over and over and over but to no avail. 100 yen coins never has this trouble. I think I've reached the point where I'm gonna exchange all 500 yen coins to 5 100 yen coins at any chance I get due to the massive trouble I've had with this. Anyone else have had the same awful experience with this?
I am currently residing in Japan and will be for hopefully 3 more months.
