Why do some are triggered when you say you have your company provide 送迎 for work?

I saw ppl's reactions change (heck I even got several negative likes for it) when you say you have a service at work…. Is it a sensitive topic in the East? Usually in my area, here in Central Japan, most 派遣会社 provide services if they have several ppl working in different places. I'm curious cuz I think most of the ppl here are from the East(Tokyo, Kanagawa area)
