I have a 24h layover arriving in Haneda at 10pm. Planning to go to Akihabara the next morning to do some shopping, as well as going around the city to eat good food!
Trying to figure out accommodation options, and would be helpful to hear your opinions on any of them. Assuming immigration takes about 1h:

Stay at airport hotel, check in ~11pm. Find somewhere to eat, but seems like most places at the airport close by 10pm?

Take the train to the city, either Hamamatsucho or Shimbashi (or other?) since they’re easy access from the airport, check in ~11:30p-12a. Would have more food options at that time around those areas, but would be more tired.
Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
