Hi, I was wondering if anyone ever had issues with Skymark Airlines' website and if they found any solution to the problem I'm having.
I'm trying to book a flight domestically in Japan from the US. On my computer, I am not able to get past the welcome page. On my phone I can get to the point where I put my information in, but the page after that, I receive an error "Confirm your entry. Error: we cannot accept any reservatison in teh case as follows: operation of reservation at the middle of operating reservation, operatinon of "back" button on browser, or when you do not operate over a period. We are sorry to say that you need to book again from the top page."
I have closed out all of my tabs on my phone and even went into incognito to try to book this flight, but still bump into this issue. I also made sure not to make any mistakes while typing and even as far as not opening up anything else while trying to book this flight.
