Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience/situation as myself. I completed a Canadian working holiday visa (I am Australian) but ended overstaying by around 10 months due to my employer being unable to secure a sponsorship visa.
I did not receive any notice or order from the Canadian Government to leave, I simply decided to leave once it was clear that the visa was not going to happen. I am unsure if there is an official record of my overstaying or not as I left before being asked to. Has anyone else applied for a Japanese WHV with a similar situation? If so were you successful, or have any advice?
