Since they're on the same side if I'm based in Osaka, can I tour Kyoto, Uji and, Nara in one day. Then just do Kobe on another day?
If I do the three in one day, which one should I go to first? Kyoto being the farthest from Osaka, or Nara since it's the nearest in Osaka? Also, what's the earliest time I could start my tour?
Is there snow in Nara by March 17?
