I'm planning a trip to Japan, where we will spend 10 days. So far, we plan to spend 4-5 days in Tokyo, 2 days in Hakone, and 4 days around the Izu Peninsula. Part of my group wants to scuba dive, but we don't want to fly to Okinawa, so we decided on Izu. I'm wondering how it is in late May and what towns or areas we should stay in? Is it worth it to stay as long as we are? Let me know! We haven't booked anything but our flights yet, so we are open to change.
