For those who took the TOEIC and JLPT exams here, do you feel the difference in terms of strictness?

Just had the TOEIC exam yesterday (as well as the JLPT last December), I felt that there was a huge difference regarding the strictness in the exam room. It feels like you must follow every instruction without any mistakes in the JLPT exam (since one mistake can ruin your effort immediately with the red card), whereas I didn't have to feel stressed at all in the TOEIC one, despite having a checking process as well. I also saw someone being able to go to the toilet normally during the exam, which definitely won't happen in the JLPT one.
