Required- Full time International Kindergarten Teacher (April 2026 start) We are looking for a committed teacher to join our workforce of educators at PALCL International in Nishinomiya. (JR/Hankyu Takarazuka) The ideal candidate will be passionate about the education of Pre-school children and have the ability to create a relationship of meaningful trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and fun process. Requirements: To fit with the ethos of the Kindergarten a Native speaker of North American, or British English is preferable. Must have a valid Visa.** **(Sponsorship available) Experience teaching young children is a bonus but not necessary as training will be given. Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills. Able to work as part of a team. Preference will be given to those candidates who have lived in Japan for several years and have an understanding of the daily lives and activities of the children they will be teaching. Preference will also be given to those who have experience of Synthetic Phonics and have prepared Japanese children for the various levels of the Eiken Test.
