Is Hotel Grand Bach good ?

Female travelling solo to Tokyo, is Grand Bach hotel

In Ginza good ? Do you think it is closer to public transport ? What are your experiences?

Or do you recommend any other 4 star hotels for 6 nights that is very good ?
