Is it easy to "invite" a someone/girlfriend from the Philippines while I have the child of japanese national visa?
Any one have this experience and how easy/hard it is? How long did it take?

As long as your girlfriend has a tourist visa and won’t overstay, she’ll be fine.
Requirements for a tourist visa is pretty clear cut on the embassy of japan in the Philippines website. Your visa status only becomes important if you will be the guarantor. If so, then you would need to submit a couple of documents from your side (including 住民票、納税証明書等)
Anyone can visit Japan on a tourist visa…
But the way you have “invite” in quotations sounds like you plan to do something you know you probably shouldn’t be doing.
It’s easy to get a tourist visa when you have complete documents (proof of income, birth certificate, income tax return, etc). This varies but you can check the embassy website, it’s all listed there. But if you’ll be the guarantor of the visa, you need to provide those documents.
This person is asking for other Filipinos to help. I get that most other countries don’t have the limitations that the Philippines has.
