How do I get the tetanus booster shot here?

This is not an urgent post. But I remember one time I was concerned about a small cut I got. I went to the nearest medical clinics but asking them for テタヌス or きょうしゅく ワクチン didn't receive result in me getting a booster shot. Anyone had experience getting that? Would be grateful in case I get a cut in future.
