Would you continue renting or eventually buy if you found a mispriced owner’s unit? (Shamaison)

Every once in a while a unit the owner planned to live in gets put on the market for close to no premium compared to units below it with the exact same floor plan but completely different finishings. If you are paying 17-18 a month for a 70sqm 2LDK or 3LDK with stuff like solar panels, IoT, heated flooring, dishwasher, smart toilets and bathtubs you can stretch out in, would you still consider buying someday? A caveat of buying would be that the rental unit is 5 minutes from a major station and 10-15 minutes to the city center, so if you were to buy you probably have to sacrifice the convenience. Additionally, assume this is a 普通借家 and not 定期借家 so you can effectively continue renting long term without being forced out.
