Hello, I recently just moved into a new apartment (5 days ago). It’s my first time paying for my own utilities and I have no idea how to pay for my water. I wasn’t informed by my agency on methods of paying for the water bill. What should I do? Would mail with bills eventually just arrive? What if I want to pay by automatic bank transfer?
