Honestly, the Imperial Villa was incredible in the snow. And I like that they are letting in only one group at a time, so you can take pictures with no people ahead of you and behind. (As opposed to Kinkakiji two years ago, when it was a constant loud stream of people all around). Definitely worth a visit, in my opinion.
